Program Check List
- Once we receive your file and the file is processed, we will call you to “Welcome” you into our program. At this time, we will go over any other documents you may need to fill out and/or any missing documents.
- You should expect your Financial Literacy educational books in approximately 7 to 14 business days of signing up.
- Once we review your file and all documents/contract pages have been received, we will begin your dispute process.
- You should expect new/updated reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion in the mail approximately 35 to 45 days from the beginning of your dispute process.
- When you receive these updated reports, be sure not to throw them away. You must forward these reports to us immediately. The sooner you send them, the sooner we can start your second set of disputes for you.
- Once we receive the updated reports, your second dispute process begins.
- Approximately 35 to 45 days later you will again receive updated reports in the mail. Fax or Mail them to us right away!
- Once we receive your second dispute updates we will then prepare your third set of disputes for you. This will be your last set of disputes.
- You will receive updated reports in approximately 35 to 45 days.
- This is the end of your dispute process. Please note, during the duration of the program, you will receive updated Financial Literacy topics as well as ongoing support from our staff. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
- While going through the dispute process, it is important that you do not apply for credit. If you MUST apply for credit, please contact us first before doing so.
