  • Our Credit Restoration Program is completely FREE when you sign up for the Financial Literacy and Credit Education Program.
  • We will work on your behalf with the Credit Reporting Agencies to help remove inaccuracies as allowed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • We can remove approximately 40% to 60% of negative items from the credit reports, possibly even more, and sometimes less. We will never guarantee 100% removal as some companies do, because it is impossible to do so. Anyone who tells you they can remove 100% of negative information is just after your money. Don’t fall for the scam. Also, companies may tell you they can set you up with another credit history which is also a lie. To do that would be illegal.
  • We are a professional company that will not only help you remove the items, we will help you keep it that way. With our innovative Credit Education Class you will learn how to become debt free, understand your credit, and how to save money for retirement. The first step to keeping your credit clean is to understand what credit is and how to do things to positively affect your score.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

  • This is not a do-it-yourself service like those found on the Internet; it is a high-quality, professional, and personalized service for consumers. Just as many Americans choose to go to a tax professional to have their taxes done to ensure they receive the maximum refund available, the same can be said about credit restoration. Any consumer can choose to do their own credit restoration if they have the time, patience, and resources to aggressively work with the CRAs to remove inaccuracies; however, many choose to employ the services of United Debt Counseling.
  • To begin the process, customers must provide Social Security Verification (as required by credit reporting agencies) and address verification. (see Customer application for acceptable forms of verification). Customer reviews customer enrollment form and signs in all the appropriate places including application, terms & conditions and disclosure statement.
  • Our team of professionals will conduct a thorough review process of all items on the client's credit reports that negatively affect their credit reports and credit score. After performing a thorough review, our team processes and delivers a personalized professional dispute packet for the customer to the credit reporting agencies.
  • Dispute documents are then sent by the client to the credit-reporting agencies. The law states that agencies have a reasonable amount of time, usually 30 days, to respond to a dispute.
